ВЕДЕНИЕ КРАСНОЙ КНИГИ ТОМСКОЙ ОБЛАСТИ: ИТОГИ МОНИТОРИНГА И ФОРМИРОВАНИЕ НОВОГО ПЕРЕЧНЯ РЕДКИХ ВИДОВ РАСТЕНИЙ
Аннотация. В статье анализируются результаты ведения Красной книги Томской области. За период 2013–2023 гг. накоплены сведения о структуре и состоянии локальных популяций по 27 редким видам растений, материалы которых изложены в многочисленных научных отчётах и публикациях авторов. В результате регулярного мониторинга растительности южных регионов области выявлены новые виды сосудистых растений, нуждающиеся в охране: Aconitum barbatum Pers., Dasystephana cruciata (L.) Adanson, Ligularia glauca (L.) O. Hoffm., Sedum hybridum L. (в новом перечне как Aizopsis hybrida (L.) Grulich). Приведены обоснования для исключения из Красной книги 3 видов: Brunnera sibirica Steven, Fragaria moschata Duch., Sedum aizoon L. Пересмотрен природоохранный статус 11 видов. В обновлённый «Перечень объектов растительного мира, нуждающихся в охране» для новой Красной книги Томской области вошли 94 вида сосудистых растений, в том числе 84 вида покрытосеменных растений, 1 вид голосеменных, 8 видов папоротниковидных и 1 вид плауновидных. Из их числа 8 таксонов внесены в Красную книгу Российской Федерации.

MAINTAINING THE RED DATA BOOK OF THE TOMSK REGION: MONITORING RESULTS AND THE FORMATION OF A NEW LIST OF RARE PLANT SPECIES
Abstract. The article analyzes the results of maintaining the Red Data Book of the Tomsk region. For the period 2013–2023, information was accumulated on the structure and state of the local populations for 27 rare plant species, materials of which are presented in numerous scientific reports and publications of the authors. As a result of regular monitoring of vegetation in the southern regions, new species of vascular plants in need of protection have been identified: Aconitum barbatum Pers., Dasystephana cruciata (L.) Adanson, Ligularia glauca (L.) O. Hoffm., Sedum hybridum L. (in the new list as Aizopsis hybrida (L.) Grulich). Justifications for exclusion from the Red Data Book of 3 species are given: Brunnera sibirica Steven, Fragaria moschata Duch., Sedum aizoon L. The conservation status of 11 species has been revised. The updated «List of flora objects in need of protection» for the new Red Data Book of the Tomsk Region includes 94 species of vascular plants, including 84 species of angiosperms, 1 species of gymnosperms, 8 species of ferns and 1 species of lycopsids. Of these, 8 taxa are listed in the Red Data Book of the Russian Federation.
